A quite typical macerated white with a fine depth of ash and minerality. Cloudy amber/brownish colour. Fine nose with lots of ash.
Hints of apricot, baked apples, minerals. Fullbodied and dry wine in the mouth. Concentrated and fine fruit. Typical Etna-like hints
of ash and minerals. Baked apples and apricot in the fruit. Fine acidity and some tannins in the finish. Drinks well now, but can
certainly age.
