Amber colour. Spicey and correct nose. Typically gewurztraminer. But evolved with a fine earthy depth and a dried tropical element. Sweet
and medium bodied auslese in the mouth. Evolved and fine fruit. Grape-typical sicey notes, dried flowers, earth and smoke. Good depth.
Medium acidity and a slight touch of bitterness in the finish. Good length. Very fine german gewurztraminer. Fully mature now.
