Tasting notes

Light straw colour. The nose shows a typical Muscadet with hints of seaweed, stone and a quite strong sur lie-character. Fullbodied for a Muscadet in the mouth. This is a pure and concentrated Muscadet with fine stoney hints and seaweed. Quite ripe fruits and a fine sur lie-character. A young '99. Fine and crisp acidity and medium length. This is a very fine Muscadet that will last.

Straw colour. Very shy nose at first. Opening up somewhat with one hour of airing. Typical sur lie-character. Lightly fruity and flowery muscadet. Medium bodied and again flowery muscadet with typical hints of sur lie. Touch caramel. Medium acidity and good length. Mature now and needs drinking. Has not had the development I hoped for.
