Deep red colour. Fresh nose with hints of fresh red berries, stone, crushed pepper. Quite som fat in the mouth. This has loads of fruit
and concentration. Also slightly CO2, that blows off quite quickly. It seems quite monolithic at first, but with air it opens up and
develops the most beautiful floral scents. A perfumed high-toned nose together with the spicyness and red berries. Light tannins showing
on the finish. This is a great wine, but needed time to show it. Pinot d’aunis probably does not get better than this.
