Tasting notes

This was a tremendous weissburgunder. Dry, structured and pure with a great minerality. It places itself at the top as one of the best weissburgunders I have had. Straw colour. Very mineral and complex nose. Evolved. Some hints of faded flowers and citrus. Slight anise. Medium bodied and dry weissburgunder in the mouth with great structure. Fine citrusy fruit with a complex and evolved minerality. Quite slim style. Fine acidity and good length. Great food-wine. Drinking beautifully now. Great quality for a very low price.
