Slightly underripe flowers and slate. Fine complexity. Rich auslese in the mouth. Sweet and concentrated. Lots of fruit. Honeyed and
light botrytis showing. Almost a little fat. Fine minerality and smokiness. Still a bit young. Great acids and perfectly structured
Saar-riesling. Long refreshing taste and slight dry-extract on the finish. Great wine. Give it 5 more years in the cellar.
