Tasting notes

Lightly golden colour. Great nose. Fruity and typical refreshing eiswein-nose. Lots of peach and citrus-notes. Hints of wool, minerality, light anise that I find typical of the Brücke. Thick, sweet and concentrated eiswein in the mouth. Some botrytis-notes. Lots of peach and citrus-notes. Some minerality showing. Excellent acidity. Refreshing and high giving an appley, citrusy finish. Long taste. Still a young eiswein, but drinks greatly now. Tremendous quality.
