Yellow colour. Great nose. Lots of dried flowers, forest-floor, minerality. Some slate and citrus. Complex and lots of depth.
Starting to get mature now with more secondary aromatics. Fullbodied and with noticable residual sugars in the mouth. Great acidic
zip that cuts through the sweetness. Fine and complex fruit. Again this starts to get quite mature and evolved with lots of
forest-floor-notes and minerality. Some citrus-notes and primary character. Some dried flowers. Fine acidity and length. This
might lack a little of Hermannshöhles strict acidity and pure style, but the fruit in this Brücke is so much deeper and more
complex. To me this is the better wine. Tremendous quality.
