Bottle had fill B and seemed to be in good shape. Brick-red colour. Seems mature. The nose shows a lot of intensity. Masculine
spätburgunder. Ash, anise-notes. Minerality, autumn-leafs. Light floral high-notes. Quite typical spätburgunder-nose. Intense, mature
and complex. Quite fullbodied spätburgunder in the mouth. This still has lots of life. Fine fruit with a very light touch of residual
sugars. Lots of glycerin. Seems rather dryish by now. Tertiary aromatics. Ash and anise. Some light fine floral notes. Lots of
minerality. Great depth. Medium acidity and little tannins left on the finish. Fully resolved and on top now. Great wine. Drink now.
