Light straw colour. Surprisingly light for this age. Very pretty and cool nose. Cold Steel and mineral. Some firn. Very typical Saarish
nose. Medium bodied in the mouth with light sweetness. With some air the structure shows. Tight wine. On the slim side. Great minerality,
lots of depth. Steely hints. Some sweet flowers. Citrus on the finish. Very fine acidity balancing the touch of sweetness. Good length.
Great riesling that is fully mature now. Would be perfect with a tad more concentation.
