Light yellow colour. Pretty nose. Lots of lime, minerality, some spices. Fullbodied and quite acidic Cote d'Or-chardonnay. Young and
limey fruit. Fine minerality. Slight fatnness from the fruit, but the acidity keeps it in check. Little oak. Fine acidity. Citrusy
quite long finish. Fair enough to drink now, but it lacks a little depth. Give it 3-4 more years and it will probably show more. Very
good wine.
