Tasting notes

Light red colour. Unclear and cloudy appearence. Very much spontaneous notes on the nose. Opens up some more with air. Bright fruit. Light red berries, citrus and some fine florality. In the mouth this is a light, dry and acid-driven Gamay. Lightly stoney fruit. Again loaded with aromas from the spontaneous fermentation. Some florality and some red berries. Good concentration in such a liberating light and lively wine. Fine acidity and little tannins. Seems mature. Drink now. Good.

Light and cloudy brick-red colour. The nose shows currants, minerality, some animal fur. Some rubber at first, but it blows away with 15-20 minutes. Touch floral notes. Light, but intense gamay in the mouth. Acidic driven and fine taste-curve in the mouth. Current, citrus, mineralty and animal fur. Great acidic zip. Little tannins. Very good wine that drinks well now.
