Light straw/greenish colour. The nose shows petrol, citrus, green leafs. Good body for a kabinett. Concentrated and sweetish wine
with good acidic backbone and structure. Fruit a little in phase right now. Needs a couple of more years to come around. Shows some
predominant petrol-notes and a citrusy finish. Good length. Very fine kabinett with time.
Arnt Egil Nordlien Tasting note: Nov-06
Light greenish colour. Typical stainless steel. Pretty nose with hints of blackcurrant-leafs, slate, mineral, slight petrol. Fine depth
and a typical Goldtröpfchen. Fullbodied riesling kabinett in the mouth. Sweetish wine, but with a matching acidity. The fruit is quite
elegant for this einzellage. Underipe and starting to evolve. Complex and mineral with notes of blackcurrant and leafs. Citrusy finish.
Fine acidic length. This is a great kabinett that starts to drink great now.
Arnt Egil Nordlien Tasting note: April-08
Light straw/greenish colour. Mineral nose. Some petrol, blackcurrant-leafs. Fullbodied sweet-sour Mosel-kabinett that behaves more like a
spätlese. Fine fruit starting to evolve. Typical Goldtröpfchen with hints of blackcurrant-leafs, petrol and a deep minerality. Great
acidity curs through the sweetness and leaves a long citrusy finish. Good length. Last bottle of this great kabinett. It is on top now
and will probably be for another 10 years. When everything is right at Reinhold Haart the wines are really great. This one was one of
them.
