This was a very ripe and tropical Goldtröpfchen. Perhaps too ripe for me, but with a fine and refreshing acidity. Lacking a little
typicity for this vineyard. Straw colour. Fruity and tropical riesling on the nose with hints of honey, botrytis, slight
blackcurrant-leafs. Fullbodied and sweet riesling in the mouth. Again very conecntrated and ripe fruits. Some fat upfront. But a
fine and refreshing acidity which gives the wine a zesty and citrusy finish. Good length. Young wine. Try again in 5-10 years.
