Lightly golden colour. Fine and evolved nose with hints of honey, earth, some florality and minerality. Fullbodied in the mouth. Almost
dry in style. The fruit is concentrated and shows a little botrytis. Fine and evolved pinot gris. Hints of mushrooms, earth and faded
flowers. Good depth. Medium acids and length. Not the most elegant wine. Shows the typical Alsace-rusticity. Drinking well now, but
still has freshness in the fruit and will keep.
