Tasting notes

Yellow colour. Fine mousse. Small bubbles. Complex and creamy nose with hints of sea, chalk, wool, mushrooms. Slim and acidic structure in the mouth. Creamy and chalky fruit here also. Hints of white chocolate and some evolved mushroomy notes. Elegant style. Long citrusy taste. Great champagne.

Original release. Golden colour. Mature mousse. Rich nose. Autolysis, biscuits, toast. Some dried flowers and citrus. Fullbodied Champagne in the mouth. Yet acidic, tight and structured style. Evolved and pretty fruit. Refreshing and citrusy. With lots of biscuit, yeasty hints. Also some dried flowers and chalk that adds depth. Fine wine, but perhaps more mature than I expected. Great acidic zip. Citrusy and refreshing finish. Good length. Best in the mouth. Very good Champagne.
