A rare wine from Quintarelli. Made from 50% cabernet franc & cab. sauvignon and 50% corvina & molinara. All grapes dried for two months
before vinification. 4 months aging in barrels. This wine is (as the name suggests) meant to be drunk young. Deep red colour. Intence
mineral and elegant nose. Hints of roses, almonds, earth, cherries. Good body in the mouth, but not as powerful as you expect the wines
from Quintarelli to be, but balances well it's 13,5% alc. More elegence. Good acidity. Drinks well now.

Deep red colour. Fine red fruity nose. Some grassy franc-notes and fine florality. Medium body, fruity and fresh in the mouth. Lightly
complex herbacious, red fruity fruit. Slight anise in the finish. Fine acids, little tannins. Mature now. To be drunk young. Very good
now.
