Quite deep yellow colour. The nose is very pure and fine. No problems here. Fine hints of anise, spice, floral notes and lots of
minerality. Great depth. This is all that a Puligny-Montrachet and a 1996 should be. Fullbodied wine in the mouth with good
concentration. Finely evolved fruit right on top now. Mineral, anise, spicey. Transparent and typical. Tight structure with a fine
acidity is pulling the wine together. Good length. Great wine. On top now.
