Tasting notes

Yellow colour. Pretty nose. Complex and evolved. Organic, oily nose. Hints of smoke and citrus. With air it shows an intense minerality and some peppery notes. Fullbodied and refreshing roter veltliner in the mouth. Surprisingly crisp and fine acidity, making the wine perhaps a little slimmer tasting than you would expect. Peppery, mineral fruit. Again that typical oily feel I often get with this grape. Some smoke-notes. Good concentration. Fine acidic structure and good length. Seems fully mature and on top now. Drink now and the next five years. Great wine.
