This was a very nice and mature dry silvaner kabinett. A great little wine that showed both typicity to the grape and the area.
Yellow colour. Nose shows typical franken silvaner-hints of green leafs, honey, sweet pastry and a light touch of petrol.
Fullbodied silvaner kabinett in the mouth with good concentration. Fruit is maturing with some hints of sweet pastry and some
chalky hints. Medium acidity and good length. With air this tightens a bit up and shows more acidity, but less of the fruit.
Very fine for the price. Drink now.

Straw colour. Very pretty nose. Intense chalky with evolved silvaner-notes of grass, woodland strawberries. Powerful and dry/perhaps
slightly off-dry in the mouth. Concentrated kabinett with lots of fruit. Evolved notes. Chalky depth. Medium acids. A typical touch of
bitterness on the finish. Good length. Great silvaner kabinett that is still nowhere near fading. Schmitt’s kinder surely makes
beautiful kabinetten.

Straw colour. Lightly aromatic and sweetish silvaner on the nose. Leafy notes, lots of chalk, flowers and woodland strawberries.
Powerful kabinett in the mouth. The wine shows light residual sugar. Very fine fruit. Aromatic and slightly evolved. Fine chalky
hints, woodland strawberries and the leafy character of the grape. Medium acidity and a typical touch of bitterness on the finish.
A great silvaner kabinett drinking greatly now, but will last.
