grape-typicity and minerality. Dry, powerful and mineral Silvaner in the mouth. Good concentration. Lots of chalk and grassy
Silvaner-notes. Still young wine and typical lightly sweetish trocken. Fine acidity. Good length. Great wine that is very nice now.
Try giving it another 3-4 years.

Straw colour. Intense and pretty nose. Flowery, chalky hints. Some typical vegetal/leafy hints of the grape and minerality.
Fullbodied Franken-silvaner in the mouth. Dry, but light hints of residual sugars. Concentrated. Quite ripe fruit. Lightly sweetish
flowery hints. Leaks and a biting minerality. Medium to good acidity. Good length. Lots of minerality on the finish. Fine depth in
this silvaner and it is starting to open up. Drink now and the next 5 years.
