Straw colour. Seems young. Pretty nose. Only light touch of botrytis. Quite pretty. Typical vegetative hints. Chalk. Medium bodied
and dry silvaner in the mouth. Evolved fruit and quite pretty. Typical leafy/vegetative silvaner-hints. Some chalk, light botrytis,
if not the cleanest it is very fine for this vintage. Medium acidity. Dry finish showing some dry-extract. Good length. Light
bitterness. Good wine from this vintage and holding up well.
