Tasting notes

Yellow colour. Very pretty nose. Mineral, almost salty, smoke, some peach and baked apple. Fullbodied and intense wine in the mouth. Again it is a highly mineral wine with salt minerality and a pronounced smokeyness. Hints of baked apples and the maceration. Medium acidity. Nice freshness for this grape. Long dry finish with some tannins showing. Also quite high alcohol, but well balanced. Lightly mineralic-bitter finish. This is a very fine macerated ribolla which comes down as a highly mineralic wine with a marked touch by the skin-contact. Recommended.
