This was a fine and crisp ribolla from Gravner. Typical with it's fullness and lightly tannins in the finish. Golden colour. Fine smokey, mineral nose with hints of flowers and some ripe fruits, like peach. Fullbodied ribolla in the mouth with
some fat upfront. But this leads way to a crisp acidity. The taste is also highly mineral with typical smokey hints and a fine
florality. Still young wine. The finish shows the acidity and also a little tannins. A bit young. No doubt a very good wine, but too
expensive for the quality.
