Straw colour. Mineral and stoney nose. Hints of citrus. Slim and acidic Alsace riesling in the mouth. Dry and clean.
Pure stoney and mineral approach. Fine, but young. Crisp and high acidity. Refreshing style. Citrusy finish. A bit too
young yet to show it's best, but this was a positive surprise from an to me unknown producer. Would be interesting to
follow in another 5 years time.
