sekt in the mouth. Mature with fading mousse. Some small bubbles left. Still lots of fruit. Earthy and evolved. Some autolysis. Some
bitter-notes on the finish. A touch of sweetness noticable. Good acidity and fine length. Nice sekt of fair quality. Mature.
