Straw colour. Quite fine mousse. The nose is a little toasted. Hints of dark bread, yeast (reminds me a bit of the Franciacortas of
Bellavista). Also petrol, honey and flowers - more typical Riesling-aromas. Quite powerful sparkler with a touch of residual sugar and
typical Riesling-like fruit. Flowery and honeyed. Some evolved notes and seems quite ready. It is an elegant sekt with a fine mousse and
pretty acidity. Good length.
