Tasting notes

Orange/golden colour. Complex nose. Anise, stone, minerality. Some baked apple. Powerful in the mouth. Dry and acidic orange-wine with good concentration. Lightly spicey fruit. Some orange-peel and more citrus notes. Baked apple and minerality. Refreshing and quite high acidity. Dry and tannic end. Lots of tannins for an orange wine. Good length. Very good and well made.
