Yellow-brown colour. Mature vegetal nose with hints of woodland strawberries, lightly earth. But fine and complex silvaner on the nose.
Fullbodied and dry silvaner in the mouth. Lot of fruit. Vegetal, mineral with a touch of earth and old woods. Complex and aged. A slight
rustic touch. Medium to low acidity. Good length. This is surely one of the better wines I have tasted from Gebietswinzergenossenschaft
Franken. Well aged and with a slightly rustic edge. Great wine indeed. Drink now, but will still keep.
