Tasting notes
Brick-red colour. The nose shows tar, earth and tobacco. Some fine hints of roses. With air it becomes a little more focused and shows
more notes of sweet anise. Mature nose and quite delicate, if not too deep. Medium bodied nebbiolo in the mouth. Grape-typical mouthfeel
with a dry finish if not too tannic for this grape. Delicate and a lighter nebbiolo. Fine anise, tar and tobacco-notes. Brighter notes
and a little more easy-going than it's more famous neighbours. Some fine hints of roses. Fine acidity. Some drying tannins on the
finish. Mature wine on top now. Very good.
