Lightly golden colour. Pretty nose. Honeyed and a little ripe. Fine notes of oysters, seaweed, fairly big Rousette with a little ripe
and baked fruit. Lots of fruit. Showing also lots of minerality and oyster-notes. Fine depth. The structure is a little loose and
fleshy.Could have used a little more tightness and acidity. Good length. Mature now. Interesting and good.
