Tasting notes

Copper colour. Beautiful nose. Evolved, mineral. Lots of wet forest-floor/mushroomy notes. Some smoke and citrus. Really killer nose. Fullbodied and quite concentrated riesling in the mouth. Still slim and by now tastes quite dry. Slight hints of sweetness. High acids and a demanding palate. But rewarding with it's beautiful fruit. Lots of minerality, wet forest-floor, some smokiness. Complex. Dry and citrusy finish with some dry-extract showing. Great wine and on top now.
