Straw colour. Leafy, vegetal nose with hints of mint. Some old woods and slate. Little minerality. Fullbodied and lightly sweet
spätlese in the mouth. Good concentration. Bigger than the Ockfener Bockstein spätlese. But fruit is simpler and has a leafy and
minty character. Some old woods, some slate-notes. Lightly evolved character. Medium to good acidity. Balancing the sweetness.
Citrusy finish. Medium length. Good wine, but as always the least interesting einzellage from Zilliken. Has kept well.
