Great bottle with very high fill. Yellow colour. Great nose. Intense and very typical Rausch-notes. Smokey, mineral hints. Some leafs
and light honey-notes. Complex and evolved. Sweetish riesling in the mouth. Noticable residual sugar. Good concentration for this
vintage. Great minerality. So typical Rausch with it’s smokey, leafy character which puts it beside the rest of Saar. Some honey-notes
from the ripe grapes and hints of citrus. Fine acidity and good length. Mature and on top now. This is considerably bigger than the
spätlesen from this vintage. Great wine.
