Straw/greenish colour. Underripe, slatey and mineral nose with hints of leafs,flowers and citrus. Some petrol. Typical and very fine
nose. Quite slim auslese in the mouth from Zilliken. Some sweetness, but a high and seering acidity is matching it. The fruit is
highly mineral and typical sttely, slatey Saar-like. Underripe style for an auslese. Reminds me a lot of his '93 spätlese just on a
more intense level. Good length. Fine riesling from Zilliken, but one of his slimmer auslesen I have tasted.
