Yellow colour. Pretty nose. Mineral and with the typical smokey note of Rausch. Petrol and flowers. Matured and complex nose.
Nicely undermature. Medium bodied and concentrated spätlese in the mouth. Very fine fruit. Again highly mineral style with a
lightly smokey hint. Hints of petrol and dried flowery fruit. There is a light residual sugar, but not much left. It is also held
in check by the acidic style. This has rather lots of acidity for Rausch. Refreshing and citrusy finish. Very good wine and a great
foodwine. Ready now.
