Deep red colour, some bricking at the rim. Herbacious nose with hints of leather and old wood, light floral notes. Medium bodied
and Cabernet sauvignon-dominating. But quite feminin and silky style. Fine fruit, medium concentration. Hints of olw wood, red
fruits. Quite evoloved. Some oak in the finish. Lightly rustic tannins. Nose gets better and better with air. Very fine style.

Deep brown-red colour. Browning rim. Fine leathery nose, some cab-dirt notes, red berries. Medium bodied and quite old woody in the
mouth. But this cab/sangiovese-blend has a strangely elegance and fine acidic fruit. No overripesness and only 12% alcohol. Some
tannins in the back. Fine.

This bottle unfortunately showed some oxydation. It was drinkable but not on the level of previous bottles. The bottled had a nice
fill, but the cork did not look nice and was the one to blame here. Brown-red colour. Nose shows lightly oxydation. Hints of prunes,
leather, black olives. Still quite firm and structured wine in the mouth. Again some disturbing oxidative notes, but drinkable.
Fruit shows hints of leather, black olives. Lacks the depth of previous bottles of this. Fine acidity and firm tannic end.

A lost bottle from the cellar. Brick-red colour. A little shy on the nose. Old woods, olives, red berries, stable. Some high notes.
Medium bodied wine in the mouth. Red berried fruit with lots of old woody notes. Old-fashioned style with long time on barrels. Fruit is
on the way down in this bottle. Fine structure with good acidity and some tannins showing in the back. With time it shows some more
cabernet sauvignon-notes. This starts to get tired. Drink up.
