Straw, lightly greenish, colour. Fine nose. Lots of citrus, minerality, an undermature greenish note. Some anise. Fine depth, nice
high-notes. Acidic and structured Sancerre in the mouth. A sauvignon blanc built to age. Great minerality. Yet young and citrusy
fruit. Tight and not that giving. Some anise towards the finish. Clear and bright style. Fine acidity and citrusy finish. Very good
wine and more depth than you expect from a Sancerre.
