Deep red colour, lightly purple. Deep colour for this grape. Fine nose. Hints of dark berries, some floral high notes nad slight
vegetal notes. Fruity and typical PN. Fullbodied and fruity Santenay in the mouth. Much dark fruits, almost meaty Vosne-like style
(coming from the Batonnage??). Some fine floral notes and a bit more vegetal and rustic towards the end, showing it's a Santenay.
Still a much rounder and more elegant style than normally found here. Fine acids and light tannins in the back. Drinking well now.
Very good Burgundy for a relatively cheap price.
