This was a concentrated sparkler that still had the required refreshing balance and showed a lot of grape-typicity. Lightly golden
colour. Flowery nose with hints of anise, chalk and a touch of honey. Fullbodied Saumur in the mouth. Much concentration here. Quite
open with good depth. Shows a lot of chenin-notes with hints of wool, anise and flowers. Also some dark bread and chalk. Fine acidity
and length. Very good sparkler for the price.
