From a tasting. Aged mushroomy nose. Some minerality and citrus. Steely. Lightly sweet Saar-riesling in the mouth with an evolved fruit
and high acidity. Not the deepest Scharzofberger. More mushroomy style with a steely edge. Citrusy finish. Quite long. Has kept well, but
is fully mature now. Very good.
