Straw colour. Hints of peach and honey with some minerality. Powerful and extracted Soave in the mouth. Smokey and quite mineral
approach. Some fat, but the fine acidity balances. Very fine Soave with good length. Could use a little cellartime.

Yellow colour. Mineral nose. Hints of stones and peach. Powerul Soave in the mouth with great concentration. Quite mineral approach
with hints of flowers. Some fat, perhaps overpowering the acidity a little. High alcohol and good length. Does not seem so
well-balanced as the last bottle. Fullbodied Soave that could use some cellartime. Very fine.

Lightly golden colour. Very evolved nose. Seems very ripe. Hints of baked apple, minerality, seaweed. Powerful Soave in the mouth with
an unpleasant alcoholic finish. Dry and concentrated style with quite ripe fruits. Lots of baked apples. Fine minerality, good depth.
Some stone, even red fruits. Medium acids. Mineral finish and with a hot alcoholic balance. This has not aged well.
