Tasting notes
Copper colour. The nose shows apricot, honey, flora notes, mineral, wax. Quite typical of macerated whites. Fullbodied and
concentrated wine in the mouth. More flowery fruit in the mouth with minerals and citrus showing. A little simple. High acidity
which gives the wine some crispness. The finish shows considerable tannins. This must be the most tannic white I have tasted.
Interesting style, but the wine is a bit too simple for the price this costs.
