Light yellow colour. The nose shows leafy hints, chalk, ripe fruits. Powerful and ripe Silvaner in the mouth with high alcohol and
interesting fruit. Concentrated and much fruit. Ripe and lightly fat, but not overripe. Fine minerality, chalky hints. Leafy
Silvaner-notes. Medium acidity and alcoholic finish. Too high for the balance. Still a very good Silvaner. Enjoy this for the fine fruit
and it's intensity. Try again in 2-3 years.
