Brick-red colour. Complex and very mature smell. Hints of leather, tar and coffee. Medium bodied in the mouth. Sweet mouthfeel. Mature
and complex fruit. Good acidity and length. Good, but seems much older than the fantastic 73 I had last year. Drink up.
Arnt Egil Nordlien Tasting note: Sep-00
Medium deep brick-red colour. Light and browning rim. Fine and complex nose. Hints of tobacco, leather, old dust, a little floral
high notes. A little stable. Some Bordeaux-like notes. Medium bodied in the mouth. Mature and fruit on the way down. More leathery and
some red berries on the palate. Shows less than the nose. Acids shine a little in the balance and still some tannins in the back. Still
a decent glass, but drink up.
