Tasting notes

This was a typical and good Loire cabernet franc. But it lacks the final depth in the fruit for being more than good. Dark red colour. Fine nose. Hints of herbs, red berries, some stable and lead-pencil. Medium bodied and quite refreshing wine in the mouth with a good concentration of fruit. Shows a little more minerality on the palate. Quite herbacious with hints of stable. Fine acidity and some tannins in the finish. Drinking well now, can age further.
