Yellow colour. Very fine nose with hints of quince, wet stones, minerals. Slim and dry riesling in the mouth. Fine fruit, showing
a lot of quince. Fine minerality. Medium concentration. Fine and balancing acidity and good length. This is a very fine vintage of
the Steiner Hund. Perhaps not the most concentrated, but elegant and with a beautiful fruit. Drinking well now. Can age.
Food-friendly.
