Brick-red colour. Qutie typical sangiovese in the nose. Hints of cherries, earth, some leather, coffe and oak-notes. Fullbodied and
quite tough wine in the mouth. Fine fruit. Typical. Red fruits, leather, some wood. A bit young. Fine acidity and a little tannic and
dry end. Decent Monticchio that deserves some more years in the cellar.
