Golden, lightly copper-coloured. Very intence nose. Quite floral, earth, some mineral and oak. Powerful in the mouth. A bit "ripe"
with quite some oak, but even more fruit. Quite fat, but with good acids balancing. Smokey and with some minerals. Good length. Drinks
well now. Some intersting depth here. Not unlike some Friuli top-wines, but this would perhaps have been more interesting with more
focus on the fruit? Caroline finds the oak and ripeness a bit off-putting. I find it better balanced.
