Light straw colour. Stoney nose. Hints of minerality, anise and light gooseberries. A stoney sauvignon with not that much aromatics.
Fresh and medium bodied in the mouth. Fresh and very clear wine. Again a mineral and stoney approach with the aromatics of the grape
more subdued than usual. A bit smokey and light hints of gooseberries. Yes, there are some hints of the grape here. Pure and focused,
mineral style. This comes down on the right side and is not too polished. Great fruit. Pretty acidity and medium length. This is a
really nice sauvignon at a great price.
